Suite 5 (On the first floor. Enter the front doors, go around the stairway
to the right, then turn left to follow the hallway to the next corner. Note
that our services often start with energization exercises in the outdoor or
hallway spaces.)

- Take US - Highway 151 into Madison
- Follow Highway 151 southwest until you are almost at the capital
- Turn left at South Blair St - go 0.2 miles
- Turn slightly to the right at John Nolen Drive - go 0.8 miles
- Turn right at North Shore Drive - go 0.2 miles
- Turn right at S Bedford Street - go 334 feet
- Turn into the parking lot. You may park at the far end of the lot, past
the reserved parking sign
Suite 5 is on the first floor, go straight down a very short hallway, then turn left
Ladies restrooms are on the first and second floors, the gentlemen's restroom is on the second floor
From the South
- Take US Highway 12-8
- Take the John Nolen Drive, Exit 263 - go 0.2 miles
- Bear right at John Nolen Drive - go 1.8 miles
- Turn left at North Shore Drive - go 0.2 miles
- Turn right at S Bedford Street - go 334 feet
- Turn into the parking lot. You may park at the far end of the lot, past
